Easy Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8.5 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 large eggs
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir just until moistened. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Yield:
15 servings.
