Mashed Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. Molly McButter fat free butter sprinkles
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pan for 15 or 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Return to the pan.
    Add remaining ingredients and mash.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Has 180 calories, fat free.
