Chicken Salad(Very Good) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut into pieces
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cold water
1 chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. boiling hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. seedless white grapes or 1 can
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.
Dissolve in hot bouillon and cool. Stir slowly into the mayonnaise. Add other ingredients.
Mold.
Put carrot curls and olives in the center. May cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
