Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 small, boneless chicken breasts (you can also use chicken, cut in small pieces)
2 (8 oz.) bottles Wish-Bone lite Red Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Mix together dressing and preserves in bowl.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Pour mixture over chicken and cover with foil. Marinate in refrigerator, preferably overnight.
Cook chicken, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Add as much pineapple as desired, along with the amount of juice you desire.
Check to see if basting is necessary.
Continue cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
