Deep Dish Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 medium-sized apples, sliced
1 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, liquid sweetener, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon and apple slices.
Place in a 9-inch deep pie plate.
Combine flour and salt.
Cut in margarine until it is the consistency of corn meal, then blend in water.
Roll out as for pie crust and place on top of apple filling.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until crust is brown.
