Dawn'S Garlic Breadsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Add honey and garlic powder and mix well.
    Gradually add flour, beating until smooth. Knead 3/4 to 1 cup additional flour into the dough until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
    Divide mixture into 4 dozen equal parts.
    Shape each into an 8-inch long rope.
    Place on greased baking sheet (not Teflon).
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.
    Let rise in
    warm place, free from drafts 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
    Transfer to cake rack and brush with melted butter (add garlic powder to butter to taste for a more garlic intensity).
