Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) bottle your favorite plain barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of brisket with onion, celery and garlic salts.
Place in a glass baking dish and pour bottle of liquid smoke on top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
