Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 carrots, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and mix with salt.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze cabbage and add carrots and pepper.
