Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several stalks of celery
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 to 2 Tbsp. milk or orange juice
Preparation

Separate the stalks from bunch of celery.
Wash well and dry thoroughly.
Cream the cheese, adding a little milk or orange juice until creamy consistency.
Stir in nuts.
Fill each celery stalk with mixture.
Refrigerate.
(If you wish, you can put the stalks back together, tie, chill and then slice into pinwheels.)
