Mom'S Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. tater tots with onions
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Fry chicken legs (any parts will do, but legs look better). Place in clean canning jars.
    Seal by placing in a canner.
    As needed open and fry just enough to get that crispy taste back. Serve.
