Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popcorn (unseasoned)
    1 lb. gumdrops, cut up
    1/2 lb. salted peanuts, chopped or left whole)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 lb. marshmallows
Preparation
    Last three ingredients, mix over heat until melted.
    Pour over first three ingredients.
    Mix well, then pack into greased tube pan.
    Let set overnight.
    Run knife around edges of pan; turn cake onto plate and cut.
    Tastes like popcorn balls.
