Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. each: salt and cinnamon
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. each: vanilla and grated orange rind
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    In mixer, blend shortening, sugar and eggs (one egg at a time); beat well.
    Add zucchini and vanilla and milk (alternately with dry ingredients). Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover with glaze.
