Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
    1 large onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Brown onion and beef in saucepan.
    Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, bay leaf, paprika and cayenne pepper. Cover; let simmer for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
