Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked rice
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    Ritz crackers or Cheez-its
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Prepare broccoli and rice according to package directions. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, soup and egg. Drain broccoli. Work rice and broccoli
    in with the soup mixture. Place in buttered dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with crushed crackers and melted butter. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
