Marinated Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Stir the first 7 ingredients together; boil for 1 minute.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to the cooled mixture; toss lightly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
