Club Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or chicken fat
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2/3 c. boiled mushrooms
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. pimento
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour.
    Add broth, milk and water.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thick.
    Add salt, rice, chicken and vegetables.
    Pour into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
