Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion (purple), chopped
    1/2 lb. lean hamburger (optional) or 1/4 lb. hamburger and 14 oz. block tofu (firm, pressed)
    2 c. kidney beans
    2 c. pinto beans
    1 c. salsa
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    chili powder to taste
    Worcestershire sauce (optional)
    jalapeno peppers
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. coriander
Preparation
    Saute onion. Brown hamburger. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
