Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil, stirring constantly, then boil 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popped corn.
    Mix well.
    Turn into large roaster or baking pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and break apart.
