Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. squash
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Make medium white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese and squash; season to taste.
    Stir in slightly beaten egg yolks; then add sauce.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Last, put in buttered baking dish with buttered bread crumbs on top.
    Bake 25 or 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
