Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes or 1 can sweet potatoes
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    marshmallows
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done; drain well.
    Cream the egg, butter, sugar and flour.
    Mix with potatoes.
    Place in refrigerator until chilled.
    Spoon into small balls, using a medium marshmallow in center.
    Fry or bake at 350\u00b0.
