Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    boiling water
    1 egg
    seasoned salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. skim milk
    2 blocks extra sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel), diced (not grated)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
    Set oven to 375\u00b0.
    Add butter or margarine, egg, diced cheese, milk and seasoned salt to taste while macaroni is hot.
    Mix well.
    Bake about 45 minutes or less until browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
