Cold Pepper Steak(Excellent For Summer Buffets) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. corn oil
2 Tbsp. cracked pepper
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. thyme leaves
2 tsp. sea salt
1 (2 lb.) top round steak, cut in 2-inch strips
Preparation

In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add steak.
Coat with mixture.
Marinate, covered, 8 hours in refrigerator.
Broil 30 minutes on broiling pan, turning once. Cover and refrigerate to serve cold.
Makes 8 servings.
