Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 onion, diced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    salt
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrots and salt in large kettle.
    Cover with water and boil approximately 30 minutes (until tender).
    Mix milk and cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup together in separate bowl.
    Reduce heat first, then add milk mix. Stir constantly until mixed well.
    Add butter.
    Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
