Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (2 large cans)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix potatoes, eggs, milk, margarine, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour into buttered baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is brown.
