Fresh Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3 small tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
    1 small red onion, sliced in thin slices
Preparation
    Clean and cut string beans at an angle.
    In 12-inch skillet, put string beans in 1/2-inch boiling water.
    Bring to a boil over high heat again.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until barely tender.
    Drain beans well.
