Tomato Salsa Canned - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped peppers
    5 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 oz. tomato paste
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Clear Jell
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, onions and peppers.
    Mix paste with vinegar and add; stir thoroughly.
    Mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture when hot.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into jars and process 10 minutes at 5 pounds of pressure.
    Yields 5 to 6 quarts; 10 to 12 pints.
