Cranberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes cherry Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. pecans
1 large can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce and pecans.
Drain pineapple and save juice.
Add pineapple to Jell-O mixture.
Stir until cranberry sauce is dissolved.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into dish and refrigerate until Jell-O is set.
Mix cream cheese and pineapple juice together.\tYou may not need all of the juice.
Mixture should be the consistency of cake icing. Spread cream cheese mixture over first layer of Jell-O.
Pour remainder of Jell-O mixture on top and refrigerate 8 hours.
