Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash,
    peel
    and
    slice
    eggplant into 1/2-inch slices. Grease a baking dish.
    Arrange eggplant slices in baking dish. Cover with stewed tomatoes, green pepper and onion.
    Sprinkle with salt,
    pepper, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
