Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix the chilies and mushrooms together and put on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix eggs together with milk and pour over cheese.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until brown around edges.
Cut into squares and serve on Ritz crackers.
