Puffed Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fish fillets (haddock or sole)
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg white, well beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Arrange fish fillets in buttered baking dish.
    Combine salad dressing, cheese and well-beaten egg white. Spread over fish.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes without opening oven door.
