Beef Salad With Blue Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 small plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sliced red onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    6 oz. deli roast beef, cut in strips
    2/3 c. chickpeas
    2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
    Cook onion, covered, for 2 minutes.
    Add onions to other vegetables.
