Lemon Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) angel pie shell
4 eggs yolks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat egg yolks for 3 minutes. Gradually add sugar. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Blend in lemon juice for 1 minute. Cook over hot water in double boiler until the mixture is thick. Cool.
