Sugar Snap Peas With Basil And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    3/4 lb. sugar snap peas
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add peas; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Sprinkle with basil and next 3 ingredients.
    Stir-fry one minute.
    Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
    Yields 2 servings with 95 calories (25% from fat) per serving.
