1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. crunch-style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crunch-style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
When cooled, spread one cookie with Peanut Butter Filling.
Place another cookie on top.
