Microwave Swiss Steak(Cooking Time 55 To 60 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Arrange in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
    Top with onion, mushrooms, tomato soup, salt and pepper.
    Cook on Defrost, covered, 55 to 60 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
