Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/3 c. water
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease bottom of 8 or 9-inch loaf pan.
Mix sugar and butter together.
Stir in eggs, then add remaining ingredients except the nuts until moistened.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours for 8-inch loaf or 55 to 60 minutes for 9-inch loaf.
Cool 5 minutes.
Loosen sides and remove.
