Zucchini Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. coconut
    3 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add oil, then mix other ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until brown and toothpick comes out dry.
