Pasta Al Fredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. uncooked Creamettes, mostaccioli or pasta of choice
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to directions.
    Drain.
    In large pan, heat cream and margarine on low heat.
    Do not boil.
    Add pasta, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 8.
