Porcupine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 sweet or 1 hot pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 raw egg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tomato juice.
    Form into balls and brown in oven at 425\u00b0.
    Bring tomato juice to a boil and drop in browned meatballs.
    Cook for 30 minutes, then serve.
