Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained & juice reserved
    2 apples, chopped
    2 oranges, peeled and chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 pint whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook flour, sugar, egg and juices until thick. Cool slightly and add to fruit and marshmallows.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill thoroughly.
