Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. boiling water
dash of salt
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add boiling water and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
Add blueberries.
Return to boiling.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Cool and refrigerate.
