Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Arrange fish in greased shallow baking pan or casserole. Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Add seasonings and tomatoes.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
