Ro'S Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. almond extract
1 egg
graham crackers, crumbled
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Place papers in 12 cupcake holes in muffin tin.
Put one tablespoon graham crackers in bottom of each cupcake.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and egg.
Spoon mixture over graham crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Top with pie filling.
Yields 12 tarts.
