Apple Turnover(Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. Sugar Twin
    2 slices white bread
Preparation
    Cook first five ingredients in a saucepan until apple is tender.
    Cool.
    Remove crusts from bread and roll very thin. Place 1/2 of the apple mixture on each slice of bread and fold diagonally.
    Moisten edges.
    Press together with a fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown or for a longer time at 350\u00b0 for crispier texture.
