Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 1/4 c. instant dry milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in a 3-quart bowl with wet hands. Shape into about 50 (1 1/2-inch) balls.
    Put into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
    Bake near center of oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    Drain.
    Put meatballs in electric skillet with sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    May be cooked in crock-pot on low for 1 1/2 hours.
