Ingredients

2 bananas
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Peel and slice bananas in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and process until foamy.
Pour evenly into 6 small paper cups.
Freeze.
To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
Yields 6 servings.
