Sealeg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sealegs
    7 slices bread, crust removed, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish.\tLine
    bottom
    with 1/2 of bread strips.
    Mix together sealegs, onion, green pepper and celery. Spoon over bread.
    Add rest
    of
    bread
    to form another layer. Beat eggs, add to milk.
    Stir
    soup
    into
    milk mixture.
    Pour soup/milk mixture over bread
    layer.
    Top
    with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
