Apple Betty(Crisp!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced peeled apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, softened
Preparation

Mound apples in buttered 9-inch pie plate (or casserole dish). Sprinkle with orange juice. Combine sugar, flour, spice and dash of salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 357\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp. Serve warm topped with ice cream! Serves 6.
