Chicken In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    mushrooms
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
    chicken, cooked and cut into pieces
    red pimento, cut up
    rice or biscuits
Preparation
    Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Stir together flour, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cooked vegetables.
    Stir until flour thickens.
    Add cooked chicken and pimento.
    Simmer until heated.
    Serve over rice or biscuits.
