Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain the pineapple and save the juice.
Mix together the sugar, pineapple, cheese and the flour.
To this mixture, add the juice.
On top of this mixture, crumble the crackers and drizzle over the top the margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
